- The TallyBro mobile application.

3. Counters and Information Stored on Your Device
The App may allow you to create counters, labels, names, preferences, settings, and tally history.
This information is designed to be stored locally on your device. Happi Friday does not ordinarily receive or have access to locally stored tally information.
Because this information is stored on your device, you are responsible for protecting and maintaining access to it. Deleting the App, clearing the App's data, resetting your device, losing your device, or replacing your device may delete your locally stored information.
Unless the App expressly offers a backup, synchronization, or export feature, your locally stored information may not be recoverable by Happi Friday.
You should avoid entering sensitive personal information into counter names or labels. Examples include medical information, passwords, financial account numbers, government identification numbers, or confidential information about another person.
4. Information You Voluntarily Provide

We use this information to operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the App.
We do not use this information to create a TallyBro user profile or require it to be associated with your name or email address.
Your device manufacturer, operating-system provider, and app store may independently collect information under their own privacy policies and settings.
6. Advertising

Before or when material advertising-related data practices take effect, we will update this Privacy Policy, update applicable app-store privacy disclosures, identify relevant advertising providers where appropriate, and provide consent or opt-out controls when required by law or platform policy.
The introduction of advertising will not automatically require you to create a TallyBro account.
7. Analytics and Crash-Reporting Services
TallyBro may use limited diagnostic or analytics services in a released version to identify crashes, measure technical performance, understand whether features work correctly, and improve reliability.
Any analytics or diagnostic service included in the App must be reflected in TallyBro's app-store privacy disclosures and handled according to the provider's applicable privacy terms.
We do not intend to use analytics to collect the content of your locally stored counters unless we clearly disclose that practice and obtain any consent required by law.
8. How We Use Information
We may use information available to us to:
- Provide and operate TallyBro.
- Respond to support requests.
- Diagnose crashes, errors, and technical problems.

- Enforce our Terms of Use.
- Comply with legal obligations.
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
- Complete a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale involving the TallyBro business.
We do not use locally stored tally content for marketing because that content is not ordinarily transmitted to or accessible by Happi Friday.
9. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information in the following limited circumstances:
Service providers
We may use vendors that help us provide support, host websites, distribute the App, diagnose technical issues, maintain security, or provide other operational services.
These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services or as otherwise permitted by their agreements and applicable law.

- Comply with a law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or lawful government request.
- Protect the rights, safety, security, or property of Happi Friday, our users, or others.
- Investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations of our Terms.
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Business transactions
Information may be disclosed or transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, corporate reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or transfer of all or part of the TallyBro business.
With your direction or consent
We may disclose information when you direct us to do so or provide consent.
10. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information
Happi Friday does not currently sell personal information collected through TallyBro.
TallyBro does not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising through third-party ad networks.
If these practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide legally required notices, rights, and opt-out mechanisms before or when the new practices take effect.
11. Data Retention
Information stored locally through the App generally remains on your device until you delete it, clear the App's storage, reset the applicable counter, reset your device, or uninstall the App.
Happi Friday may retain support communications and related business records for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- Respond to your request.
- Maintain support history.
- Improve the App.
- Protect our legal rights.
- Meet tax, accounting, security, or legal requirements.
Technical or diagnostic information may be retained according to our operational needs, the settings of the applicable service, and the provider's retention practices.
We may retain information for a longer period when legally required or reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or legal claims.
12. Your Choices and Controls
Local App information
You can generally remove locally stored tally information by resetting or deleting counters, clearing the App's storage through your device settings, or uninstalling the App.
Uninstalling the App may permanently delete locally stored information.
Device permissions and settings
You may manage available privacy permissions, advertising preferences, analytics sharing, and diagnostic settings through your device or operating-system settings.
Support communications
You may ask us to delete personal information contained in a support request, subject to legal exceptions and our need to retain appropriate business or security records.
Advertising choices
TallyBro does not currently display third-party ads. If advertising is introduced, available consent and advertising controls will depend on the advertising method, your device platform, your jurisdiction, and applicable law.
13. Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights concerning personal information that Happi Friday maintains about you, including the right to:
- Request access to personal information.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.

- Opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling.
- Restrict or object to certain processing.

Because TallyBro does not require an account and locally stored counter information is not ordinarily transmitted to Happi Friday, we may not possess or be able to identify the information stored on your device.
We may need to verify your identity before processing a request. We will use information provided for verification only as permitted by law.
An authorized agent may submit a request where applicable law permits, but we may require proof of authorization and identity verification.
To submit a privacy request, contact us using the information at the end of this Privacy Policy.
14. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the information available to us.
However, no mobile application, device, network, storage system, or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We cannot guarantee that information will never be lost, accessed, altered, or disclosed without authorization.
You are responsible for securing your device, maintaining appropriate device passwords, installing security updates, and controlling who can access the App on your device.
15. Children's Privacy
TallyBro is a general-purpose utility and is not specifically directed or marketed to children under 13 years of age.
The App does not require children or other users to create an account or provide an email address. We do not knowingly collect personal information through the App from a child under 13 in a manner requiring parental consent under applicable United States law.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us through a support communication or another feature, contact us. We will review the request and take appropriate action.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise a child's use of the App and the information entered into counter names or labels.
16. International Users
Happi Friday is based in the United States.
If you contact us or use an online feature that transmits information to us from outside the United States, that information may be processed in the United States or another country where our service providers operate.
Data-protection laws in those jurisdictions may differ from those in your place of residence. Where required, we will use an appropriate legal basis and safeguards for processing or transferring personal information.
17. Third-Party Platforms
TallyBro may be distributed through Apple's App Store, Google Play, or another third-party platform.
These platforms may independently process information concerning downloads, purchases, device activity, diagnostics, advertising settings, or account activity. Their handling of that information is governed by their own privacy policies and terms, not this Privacy Policy.
We encourage you to review the privacy settings and policies associated with your device and app-store account.
18. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to:
- TallyBro's features.
- Advertising or analytics providers.
- Information-handling practices.
- Applicable laws.
- App-store requirements.
- Our business operations.
The updated Privacy Policy will display a revised effective date.
When required by law, we will provide additional notice or request consent before applying a material change to information previously collected.
